Fresh after being acquired, Finnish deep tech investor Nordic Science Investments (NSI) has backed a University of Helsinki spin-out that could revolutionise the way vaccines are stored and delivered.

Two weeks ago, Taaleri acquired a majority stake in Nordic Science Investments (NSI), marking the Finnish energy investor's first move into venture capital.

NSI CEO Jari Strandman told Impact Loop at the time that the deal was driven by an ambition to raise larger funds and a broaden its European footprint.
