REPORT: 40% of Article 9 funds will no longer qualify as 'sustainable' under incoming EU rules

40% of Article 9 funds – and 80% of Article 8 – would fail under the EU's incoming sustainable finance labelling regime, according to a new analysis.

The reason? Too many 'green' funds are invested in fossil fuels and companies in breach of basic international norms.
