Austrian-Swedish founders raises €350k to digitise second-hand retail with AI

The Vienna-based company, founded by former Google and Spotify product manager Stephan Hofmann and serial founder Henrik Feldt, aims to tackle the fact that 93 percent of second-hand stores currently lack an online presence.

The mobile-first platform uses machine learning to simplify the process of selling pre-owned items online. By automating object recognition and pricing suggestions, Minimist claims to reduce the effort of digitalising used items by 95 percent.
