The investment vehicle of a wealthy British farming family is actively investing in companies and funds across agriculture, energy, chemicals, and water.

Its managing director, a former seed industry dealmaker, says agrifood tech needs a different model from classic venture capital.

"Silicon Valley and Salinas Valley are not the same thing," George Bilkis, managing partner at Aleph Eins Capital, tells Impact Loop.
