More than 25 companies with a focus on environmental sustainability have been awarded money following the most competitive funding round in the history of The European Innovation Council’s accelerator programmes. Impact Loop brings you:

In total, 71 companies from 16 different countries have been awarded money from The European Innovation Council (EIC)’s accelerator programme. Impact Loop has dug through the data, and identified that 26 of these businesses are focussed around carbon-cutting technologies.
Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands received the most funding overall. Just over 20 percent of companies awarded money had female founding teams.
