BREAKING: First buyout bid for Northvolt – 'Expecting more to follow'

Northvolt’s bankruptcy administrator has received the first indicative offer for the collapsed battery giant.

In May, two months after Swedish battery giant Northvolt filed for bankruptcy, the court-appointed administrator Mikael Kubu announced that the company would begin winding down its production – with operations set to halt completely by 30 June.

Speaking to Impact Loop in the beginning of June, Kubu described the odds of a sale as slim:
