Carbonfact has acquired Vaayu, uniting two of fashion's largest environmental data platforms in a deal that reflects growing consolidation across the ESG accounting software sector.
Carbonfact, founded in Paris in 2021, counts On, Ganni and The North Face among its 200-plus brand customers.
