Kompas VC has reached final close on its second fund thanks to a new big-name backer.

"We've always been looking for LPs that can function as partners," Sebastian Peck, partner at Kompas, tells Impact Loop.

Kompas VC has closed its second fund at €160m, adding Danish philanthropic organisation Realdania as a new LP at the final close.

The Copenhagen-born firm held a first close at €150m in early 2025. Realdania joins returning backer VKR Holding as the fund's two main institutional investors.
