Swedish electric freight tech company Einride is making big changes at the top. Co-founder Robert Falck is stepping down as CEO to focus on the long-term strategy, while CFO Roozbeh Charli is taking over as the new chief executive.
"I will focus on the overall company strategy, including ensuring that Einride can go public when we find the time is right", says Robert Falck.
"I will focus on the overall company strategy, including ensuring that Einride can go public when we find the time is right", says Robert Falck.
The leadership reshuffle comes as Einride is gearing up for its next growth phase. Falck, who founded the company in 2016, will now serve as executive chairman. His main focus will be on the company's long-term strategy, including preparing for a potential IPO.
"This is more than a handover – it's a continuation of the vision," says new CEO Roozbeh Charli, who until now was the company's CFO. "I'm proud to take on this role and lead the next phase of execution. With a strong team, a proven platform, and a clear sense of purpose, we're ready to scale responsibly and deliver lasting value."
