A European impact VC and a Japanese ocean consultancy are raising $75m to back the blue economy across Europe and Asia.

"We are connecting Europe's deep tech ecosystem with Asia's ocean industries," Claire Smith, founding partner at Beyond Impact, tells Impact Loop.
