Leaked letter: Big foodtech investors urge EU to stop war on vegan sausages

In a letter sent last week to top EU officials, ten European foodtech investors representing €1.7bn in assets have urged the bloc to drop a proposal that would ban plant-based products from using “meaty” labels like “sausage” or “burger.”
