Google-backed Frontier Climate doubles down on German carbon capture startup with €29m agreement

German carbon capture startup Phlair has signed a €29m agreement with Frontier Climate to remove 47,000 tons of CO2 from the atmosphere during a three-year period.
The offtake agreement will support Phlair’s first commercial-scale direct air capture facility in Canada.
