Valencia-based impact firm Matteco is scaling up the production of its materials for green hydrogen with a new 10,000-square-metre factory.

Matteco is an advanced materials company with the goal of decarbonising industry through boosting the use of hydrogen (instead of fossil fuels) in sectors like steel production, chemicals and long-distance transport.
Last October it scored a €15 million Series A investment round backed by a group of Spanish and international family offices including Grupo ASV (Spain), Napali (Chile) and Zubi (Spain).
