Ikea to invest €1b in impact companies – here's what they're looking for

The investment arm of Swedish furniture giant Ikea plans to invest €1 billion in recycling-focused companies. "We are committed to doing our part", says Peter van der Poel, CEO of Ingka Investments.

Ingka Group, which owns more than 90 percent of IKEA stores worldwide, is making what could be called a historic investment through its investment arm, Ingka Investments.

One billion euros will be invested in impact companies.
