A Paris-based private equity firm has completed the first closing of a new Article 9 fund targeting industrial companies across France, Italy, and Benelux.

LP commitments already exceeding half its €150m target.

A French private equity firm has launched a fund dedicated to the industrial SMEs sitting at the heart of Europe's sovereignty debate, pulling in more than half its €150m target at first close.

The fund targets majority and controlling minority stakes in companies valued up to €60m, with equity tickets between €5m and €20m.
