Norrsken Barcelona, which aims to be Europe's largest hub for impact startups, has appointed Rocío Alcocer Magirena as new managing director.
Alcocer will be tasked with growing the Spanish hub further after previously serving as COO.

After playing a key role as chief operation officer during Norrsken Barcelona’s first year of operations, Rocío Alcocer Magirena has been appointed managing director of the Spanish hub for impact startups.
Norrsken Barcelona announced the appointment on Wednesday and said Alcocer ”has been instrumental in shaping our success and driving the growth of our first year.”
