Dutch company Revyve has reportedly secured €24m in Series B funding, bringing its total capital raised to over €40m.
The investment is expected to support the commercial rollout of its functional yeast proteins, which aim to replace eggs and additives in products such as bakery, sauces, plant-based dairy, and alternative meat.
