Dutch food tech startup Revyve secures €24m to turn beer waste into alt eggs

Dutch foodtech scale-up Revyve is betting that yeast from the brewery industry can replace eggs at scale.

With €24m in new funding, the company aims to expand production and test whether this new approach can catch on globally.
