Scoop: Volvo-backed battery scaleup hit with €10m claim by former partner

Holyvolt, valued at around €215m and backed by Volvo and Sweden's Wallenberg family, was asked to repay €10m after an industrial partner pulled out of a joint development deal, Impact can reveal.

CEO Mathias Ingvarsson says the matter is now settled, but leaves many questions unanswered.

"The possible obligation you refer to in the annual report is now resolved," he tells Impact Loop.
