Skincare giant launches new €100m fund – and it's looking for impact startups

Skincare giant Beiersdorf launches second VC fund worth more than €85m

The company, known for brands like Nivea and Eucerin, is not just focusing on skincare – it's also looking for technologies that can reduce the climate impact across the entire value chain.

At the end of last year, Impact Loop reported that Gothenburg-based Melt&Marble, which develops fermented fats, raised another €7.2m. Among those involved was corporate venture investor Beiersdorf.

To most, Beiersdorf is probably best known for brands like Nivea and Eucerin, but they don't just invest in skincare.
