Eka Ventures has hired a new associate with no background in finance, as AI begins to reshape the kinds of skills VCs hire for.
Dan Loveless, 22, finished a three-year computer science degree at the University of Exeter last month. He came across the role through a recruitment firm while juggling final exams and his dissertation.
