Invest-NL has backed more than 50 VC funds to the tune of around €550m, and is now gearing up for round two.

The Netherlands has ASML. It has decades of Philips spin-outs. It has world-class engineering talent flowing out of Eindhoven and Delft. What it doesn't have, according to Arthur Soons, is enough venture capital.
"We have the universities, we have the talent, we have the spin-outs," Soons tells Impact Loop. "We don't have the capital, and that's the gap we exist to close."
