A toy car made from Pepsi cans helped inspire Spin Ventures founder Nic Gorini to pursue upscaling solutions.

Gorini sat down with Impact Loop to discuss his VC's philosophy, what types of founders he is looking for next – och why he is not discouraged by the current geopolitical climate.
"If anything, Trump is just doing us a favor," Gorini says.

Nic Gorini’s love for circular business models began on a beach in India in 1980. During a family holiday, Gorini spotted some other kids selling toy cars made from Pepsi cans and convinced his mother to buy one.
"That car has been on my desk ever since," Gorini says. "It became one of my favorite toys. I had no idea why, and neither did my mom."
