Unconventional Ventures makes latest bet on startup making roads from mushrooms

Danish VC Unconventional Ventures has placed its latest bet on a startup growing a replacement for cement out of fungi.

Conviction in the founder, Line Kloster Pedersen, drove the deal as much as the science.
