Urban-focused venture capital firm 2150 has raised nearly €200m for its second fund aimed at revolutionising how cities operate and reducing their environmental impact.

The VC firm, with offices in London, Oslo, Berlin and Copenhagen, specifically targets what it calls the "urban stack" – the full spectrum of technologies needed to make cities more sustainable and efficient.

2150's second fund has now raised €197m and 2150 says “more is on the way” thanks the institutional investors including Augustinus Fonden, Novo Holdings and Carbon Equity.
