Up to 24 billion donated garments pass through sorting centres every year, most of them graded and priced by hand.

London startup Fleek has raised $25m to change that, including from one of Vinted's early investors.

"This round lets us move much faster on the AI layer," co-founder and CEO Abhi Arora tells Impact Loop.

Burda Principal Investments, an early backer of Vinted, has led a $25m Series B in Fleek, a London startup digitising the supply chain behind the global secondhand clothing trade.

eBay, FJ Labs and H14 joined the round. Existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, HV Capital and Y Combinator followed on, bringing Fleek's total funding to $45m.
