Last week, SET Ventures' exited a firm it first invested in 18 years ago.

General Fusion, the Canadian fusion company, listed on Nasdaq to become the first publicly traded pure-play fusion firm. SET backed it around 2008, when the firm was a small Amsterdam fund called Sustainable Energy Technologies, founded a year earlier by René Savelsberg and Wouter Jonk.
