Food giant Paulig’s VC arm invests in AI-driven soil analysis – "A missing puzzle piece"

Pinc, the investment arm of food giant Paulig, has invested in the British company Elaniti – an agtech firm that uses AI to optimise soil health. The technology can increase yields and reduce the need for synthetic fertilisers and pesticides.
